IPL 2025: The date of the mega auction of the Indian Premier League 2025 has been announced. The mega auction of IPL 2025 will be held on 24 and 25 November in Jeddah city of Saudi Arabia. Where bidding will be done on players for 2 days. Let us tell you that on October 31, all the 10 IPL franchises had announced the names of their retained players. All the teams have retained a total of 46 players. After which many big star players are going to be a part of this auction. In this, a total of 204 players including all the teams are vacant.
1576 players registered
320 capped players, 1224 uncapped players and 30 players from associate countries are going to participate in the mega auction of IPL 2025. However, teams will be able to buy only 204 of these players. Because only so many spaces are vacant. You will be surprised to know that a total of 1,576 players have registered for the mega auction.
Players like Rishabh Pant will be part of IPL 2025 mega auction
The mega auction of IPL 2025 is going to be very interesting. Because not only India but many star players from all over the world are going to participate in it. Batsmen like Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Ishan Kishan and Jos Buttler are included, while bowlers like Mohammad Siraj and Bhuvneshwar Kumar will also participate in the auction.
During the IPL 2025 Mega Auction, Team India will be playing a Test match in Perth on the Australia tour. IPL 2025 mega auction will be organized on the third and fourth days of the Perth Test. Earlier in the year 2024, IPL mini auction was held in Dubai.
