IPL 2025 Retention: Complete list of players retained with their price
The anticipation surrounding the IPL 2025 mega auction has taken a major step forward, with all 10 franchises – Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Titans, Kolkata Knight Riders, Lucknow Super Giants, Mumbai Indians, Punjab Kings, Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Sunrisers Hyderabad officially releasing their list of retained players.
Each franchise has a total purse of ₹120 crore for the upcoming auction, and deductions based on their retained players’ values will adjust each team’s remaining budget. The retentions are strategic, with teams balancing their star players while leaving enough in the purse for fresh acquisitions.
