Sri Lankan Dasun Shanaka will join Rajasthan Royals with a Rs 2 crore contract to replace Sam Karan. Interestingly, Shanaka has decided to break his contract in the Pakistan Super League and play in the IPL. He was picked up by Lahore Qalandars for 75 lakh Pakistani rupees in the PSL, but has ‘bye-byed’ to Pakistan after the IPL offer.
