Lucknow. Lucknow Super Giants won the toss and decided to bowl first against Kolkata Knight Riders in the 38th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 on Sunday. Here today Lucknow Super Giants captain Ribhish Pant won the toss and decided to bowl first.
After the toss, Pant said that we want to bowl first. Linde is included in the team in place of Siddharth. There are many leaders in our team and we are trying to find a solution together. I am especially confident that we can make a turnaround from here.
Kolkata Knight Riders captain Ajinkya Rahane said that we wanted to bat first. It’s important for us how we play as a unit. The bowling unit has performed well so far, so we wanted to give the batting unit a chance and play freely. During the break we reflected on where we needed to improve. There is no change in our team.
