Whereas Gujarat Titans defeated Punjab Kings in the 46th match of IPL 2026 i.e. in the second match on Sunday, chasing the target of 164 runs, they won by losing 6 wickets in 19.4 overs. With this narrow win by 4 wickets, Gujarat Titans gained advantage in the points table. Gujarat team remains at 5th position with 12 points in 10 matches with 6 wins and 4 losses. However, with this defeat, Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad have not suffered any loss. Punjab Kings is at number-1 like before. Whereas Sunrisers Hyderabad is in third place.
