Chandigarh. The fourth match of the 19th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will be played between the last runner-up Punjab Kings and the 2022 champion Gujarat Titans on Tuesday at the Maharaja Yadvendra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur, New Chandigarh. The command of Punjab Kings will be in the hands of Shreyas Iyer. Gujarat Titans will be captained by Shubman Gill.
This match of IPL 2026 will start at 7:30 pm, while the toss will take place at 7:00 pm. This is the first match of this season for Punjab and the team can take advantage of its home ground in this match. Before the match, both the teams practiced from 6 to 9 pm on Monday evening.
The record of Punjab Kings shows that after changing the name, the team has not lost its initial matches, due to which the team is full of confidence. There has been a tough competition between the two teams in the six matches played so far in the IPL. Punjab and Gujarat have registered three wins each in these matches. Talking about the highest score, Gujarat’s was 232 runs and Punjab’s was 243 runs.
