IPL 2026: Sunil Narine returns to Kolkata, see playing 11 of KKR vs LSG
The 15th match of the Indian Premier League 2026 (IPL 2026) is being played between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on 9 April. This match is being played at Eden Gardens Stadium, Kolkata. Sunil Narine has returned to the KKR team for this match. On the other hand, LSG has not made any changes in its playing 11. Kolkata won the toss of this match and decided to bowl first.
KKR has got one point in the points table but the team has not been able to win a single match so far this season. In such a situation, the Kolkata team has entered the field with the intention of achieving its first win on its home ground. On the other hand, LSG is eyeing its second win of this season. Lucknow had won the last match, that is why no changes have been made in the team.

Rahane’s statement on team combination
After losing the toss, Ajinkya Rahane said, ‘There is only one change in the team, Ashirwad Muzarabani is out in place of Sunil Narine. Varun Chakraborty is still recovering from his hand injury. When Cameron Green is fit to bowl, then perhaps we will see him playing. This will improve the team combination, that is why Rovman Powell is playing right now. When Green bowls, we will also have an extra bowler.
