IPL Auction 2026 Players List: A total of 350 cricketers will be bid for in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2026) auction to be held in Abu Dhabi on December 16, which includes 240 Indian and 110 foreign players. A media advisory has been issued by BCCI regarding this.

The name of South African wicketkeeper batsman Quinton de Kock, who recently returned from retirement in ODIs, has also been included in the final list. His base price is Rs 1 crore.

Australian batsman Steve Smith is also included in this list, whose base price is Rs 2 crore. Smith last played in IPL in 2021.

In the media advisory issued by BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia, it was told that the Tata Indian Premier League (IPL) player auction list for the 2026 season has been finalized, in which there are a total of 350 players, who will be included in the auction to be held in Abu Dhabi on December 16.

A total of 1390 players had registered for the player auction, out of which 350 players were shortlisted; There are 240 Indian and 110 foreign players.

The advisory further stated that this pool includes 224 uncapped Indian players and 14 uncapped foreign players, who add considerable depth and new talent to this year’s auction roster.

Franchises will compete for a total of 77 available slots, with 31 places reserved for foreign players.

The highest reserve price is INR 2 crore, with 40 players opting to participate in the auction in this bracket.
