IPL Auction: Lots of money is being showered on Indian players, not only Pant, Shreyas, these players were also sold at expensive prices

IPL Auction: The process of auctioning players for IPL 2025 has started. The first bid in the IPL 2025 auction was on Arshdeep Singh. The most important thing is that in the IPL bidding, the maximum amount of money is being showered on Indian players. Lucknow bought wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant for Rs 27 crore. Pant has thus become the player sold at the highest price in IPL history. In this matter, he has left behind Shreyas Iyer who was sold for Rs 26.75 crore just a short time ago.

Punjab bought Shreyas Iyer
Punjab Kings have won the bidding war from Delhi Capitals. Punjab Kings bought him for Rs 26.75 crore.

Chahal was bought by Punjab Kings
After Chennai and Gujarat, Punjab Kings and Lucknow bid for Yuzvendra Chahal. Hyderabad entered after 14 crores. However Punjab did not accept defeat. Punjab Kings included him in their team for Rs 18 crore. He has become the most expensive spinner in the history of IPL auction.

Hyderabad bought Shami
Kolkata Knight Riders had made the final bid of Rs 9.75 crore for Mohammed Shami, after which Gujarat had a chance to use RTM but before that Hyderabad increased the price. However, Kolkata pulled back. Gujarat did not show interest. After which Hyderabad bought him for 10 crores.

These players were sold in the first marquee set in the IPL 2025 auction.
