Where will the company spend?
There will be no income from the offer for sale of Vari Energy Limited Company. The proceeds from the fresh issue will also be invested in the subsidiary of Waari Energy Limited Company. Vaari Energy Ltd plans to spend the money to set up a 6 GW ingot wafers, solar PV module manufacturing facility and solar cells in Odisha. The funds will also be used for general corporate purposes of Wari Energy Limited Company.
