4 companies to launch IPO

According to media reports, two companies – Metalman Auto Limited Company and Sanatan Textiles Limited Company have been approved by SEBI for IPO. All four companies had submitted IPO documents with the Securities and Exchange Board of India between July and August.
Rubicon Research Limited Company
According to media reports, the Rs 1,085 crore IPO of Rubicon Research Limited Company includes an offer for sale of equity shares worth Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 585 crore by promoter general Atlantic Singapore RR Pte Ltd. General Atlantic Limited Company holds more than 57% stake in Rubicon Research Limited.
Sai Life Sciences Limited Company
The IPO of Sai Life Sciences Limited Company consists of an offer for sale of equity shares worth Rs 800 crore and an offer for sale of shares worth up to Rs 6.15 crore from promoters, shareholders and other stakeholders.
Sanatan Textiles Limited Company
The IPO of Sanatan Textiles Limited Company is a combined issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale of shares worth up to Rs 300 crore by the promoters and promoter group entities.
Metalman Auto Limited Company
The IPO of Metalman Auto Limited Company is a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 350 crore and an offer for sale of shares worth up to Rs 1.26 crore from promoters.
