Iran’s Army spokesperson Brigadier General Akrami Nia has adopted a very strict stance regarding the Strait of Hormuz. He has made a big and historic announcement of completely closing Hormuz, the most important route of global trade. Iran has said that unless America accepts its three major and very strict conditions, this waterway will remain completely closed. Along with this, America will also have to completely accept the current and legitimate governance system of Iran without any conditions.

Iran clearly says that America will have to completely follow the old memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries. Washington must stop all its hostile and dangerous actions and immediately implement all Iranian laws. Without these conditions, no merchant ship will be allowed to pass through this important international waterway.
