Iran crisis: Explosions in Tehran, Israel’s air defense active, Trump said – war can last a long time

US-Israel-Iran War News: The war between America, Israel and Iran has now reached its fifth day. Several explosions were heard in Tehran on Wednesday morning. According to Iran’s state TV, explosions occurred around the capital. Israel claimed that it had to activate its air defense system after the missiles fired by Iran. US President Donald Trump has indicated that this conflict could last for several weeks or even longer. So far, about 800 people have died in Iran in this war.

 

Conflict increased in Lebanon also

Israel said it launched several strikes in Lebanon targeting Hezbollah positions. According to Lebanese state media, at least 4 people were killed in an Israeli attack on a residential building in Baalbek. Earlier, Israel had carried out airstrike on Iran’s missile launchers and a nuclear research center. In retaliation, Iran targeted Israel as well as US embassies and some targets in the Gulf region. It is also affecting energy supply and international flights.

 

Attacks in Gulf countries also

There have been reports of drone attacks on the US Embassy in Saudi Arabia and the US Consulate in the United Arab Emirates. Iran fired dozens of ballistic missiles at Israel, although most were destroyed in the air. On the other hand, the US Defense Department Pentagon has released the identities of 4 US Army Reserve soldiers killed in a drone attack on a command center in Kuwait. This increasing war between Israel-US alliance and Iran is destabilizing the entire Middle East. The world is keeping an eye on which direction the situation will take in the coming days.
