Additionally, the closure of the Strait of Hormuz has resulted in a combined loss of $10 billion in energy revenue for Kuwait, Bahrain and the UAE as global exports from here are completely disrupted.

The fire of war has also scorched the tourism of Gulf countries. The Tourism Agency report shows that the UAE lost $2.5 billion in tourism, while Saudi Arabia suffered a loss of $2 billion. After this comes countries like Qatar. Due to insecurity, tourists have stayed away from these countries, due to which the hotel and aviation industries are in crisis.
Civilian deaths and humanitarian damage
Along with economic loss, these countries have also had to suffer human loss. There have been more deaths of civilians in UAE than in Saudi Arabia. According to the data, so far 12 citizens have lost their lives in UAE, 8 in Kuwait, 2 in Bahrain and 2 in Saudi. Iraq has the highest number of civilian deaths outside the Gulf region, at 59.
