IRCTC Q2 Results Details: IRCTC, the online ticket booking service provider of Indian Railways, has registered a 4.47% increase in its net profit on an annual basis in the July-September quarter, which is Rs 308 crore. Last year in the same quarter (Q2FY23) the company's net profit was Rs 295 crore.

Whereas in the last quarter (Q1FY25) it was Rs 307 crore. IRCTC has released the results of Q2FY25 i.e. the second quarter of financial year 2025 on Monday (November 4).

IRCTC provides catering and tourism services in railways. The company also operates 2 Tejas trains. Every day 12.38 lakh tickets are booked through its website and mobile app. The company also provides the facility of flight and bus travel booking.

IRCTC Q2 Results Details: Revenue increased 7% year-on-year to Rs 1,064 crore

IRCTC's revenue in the second quarter increased by 7.25% year-on-year to Rs 1,064 crore, which was Rs 992 crore in the same quarter last year. Whereas, in the last quarter (Q1FY25) the company's revenue was Rs 1,118 crore. That means the company's revenue has decreased by 4.8% in Q2FY25 as compared to Q1FY25.

IRCTC shares fall by 20% in 6 months

Before the results, IRCTC shares closed at Rs 815 with a fall of 2%. This year the company's shares have declined by 10% and 20% in 6 months. At the same time, IRCTC shares have increased by 20% in the last one year.
