South India Trains from Rajkot: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) frequently announces reasonable and attractive tour packages (IRCTC Tour Packages) for the passengers. Under which IRCTC has planned to run a special train named ‘Dakshin Darshan Yatra’ from Rajkot to the holy pilgrimage places of South India on October 17.

This special train will depart from Rajkot railway station on October 17. It will return to Rajkot after a journey of 10 nights and 11 days. Meanwhile, this special train will take the passengers to famous places in South India including Tirupati, Rameswaram, Madurai, Kanyakumari and Padmanabhaswamy Temple.

The special thing is that till now in such special trains, passengers had to pay the entire package amount in advance. However, for the convenience of the passengers, those who want to travel in this train can also pay through EMI. For which passengers will be given easy installments of 3 to 12 months. However, note here that this facility is only for those passengers who book tickets online.

The train departing from Rajkot will stop at railway stations like Vasai Road, Kalyan, Pune and Solapur in Maharashtra and Surendranagar, Viramgam, Sabarmati, Nadiad, Anand, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat and Vapi in Gujarat. So passengers can board the train from these stations.

Online ticket booking for this tour package has started on IRCTC’s website. Talking about the fare, the fare of this train is Rs 19,930 for sleeper class, Rs 35,930 for 3 AC and Rs 43,865 for 2 AC.
