New Delhi: These days, there is a lot of news about South superstar Allu Arjun that he may shift to Mumbai and has rented a luxurious sea-facing apartment in Juhu. Reports claimed that the actor is paying rent of Rs 16 lakh every month, which has further increased the discussion among the fans.

However, amid these speculations, Allu Arjun’s father Allu Arvind has now come forward and reacted to these reports and clarified that the actor’s permanent home is still Hyderabad.

News of luxurious apartment in Juhu

A report in a Mumbai portal claimed that Allu Arjun has rented a five-bedroom luxury apartment located facing the sea on Juhu Tara Road.

According to the report, this apartment is spread over about 6,000 square feet, which also has a small swimming pool and parking facility for four cars.

Monthly rent claim of Rs 16 lakh

It was also said in the news that the actor is paying around Rs 16 lakh rent every month for this house and he has signed a lease agreement for three years.

It was told that he has chosen this property to spend time with his wife Sneha Reddy and children – Allu Ayaan and Allu Arha.

What did father Allu Arvind say

Responding to all these claims, Allu Arvind made it clear that the news of shifting to Mumbai is not true.

He said, "No. Since his current film is being shot in Mumbai, it may seem so. But Hyderabad is Allu’s heart and home. His children study there and all his close people live in Hyderabad. Why would he go to Mumbai?"

New house ready in Hyderabad

Meanwhile, the actor is preparing to shift to a new lavish house in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad with his family.

The value of this property, spread over about 4,000 square yards, is said to be around Rs 100 crore, where he will also organize the house warming ceremony soon.

Discussion on films also intensified

Talking about the work front, Allu Arjun is in the headlines these days for his upcoming films.

The science-fiction action film, to be produced under the Sun Pictures banner, was announced on his 43rd birthday, marking his first project with director Atlee.

According to reports, Allu Arjun can get around Rs 175 crore for this film ‘Raaka’, along with this he can also be given 15% share in the profit.

It is being told that the total budget of the film is around Rs 800 crore, of which Rs 200 crore will be spent on production and Rs 250 crore on VFX.
