After the incident, American military activities intensified in the area. According to reports, the US Army started a large-scale search operation to find the pilot and rescue him safely. In this operation, along with Black Hawk helicopters, large military aircraft like Hercules C-130 were also used. Despite this, Iranian media says that this mission was not successful.
Iranian side’s claim
Not only this, the Iranian side has also claimed that it also targeted and shot down an American Black Hawk helicopter. However, no concrete international confirmation has yet emerged regarding this claim.
