Is KC Venugopal super CM? Why did BJP get angry at Congress high command?
Politics has heated up over the demolition of illegal construction in Kogilu village of Karnataka. BJP and Congress are face to face. Kogilu village comes under the capital city Bengaluru. Seeing the matter gaining momentum, Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal spoke to Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM DK Shivakumar. KC Venugopal himself gave this information on his X handle. Now BJP has lodged an objection to this statement of KC Venugopal and asked whether he is the Super CM of Karnataka.? Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan had raised his voice against the bulldozer action in Kogilu village. He not only condemned the bulldozer action but also criticized the Congress government of Karnataka. After this, Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal spoke to CM Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM DK Shivakumar. Is KC Venugopal a super CM??
Karnataka BJP did not like this post of KC Venugopal. The party is calling it interference in the administrative matters of the state. BJP leader R Ashok asked, ‘Who is KC Venugopal who interferes in the administration of Karnataka?? Is he a super CM, or does the Congress high command feel that the elected state governments work on the diktats of Delhi.‘

‘Congress is making Kerala happy’
He alleged that the Congress high command is doing this to please Kerala, for politics and election show-off. The dignity, self-respect and administrative authority of Karnataka cannot be put at stake to please the party managers sitting in Delhi. The people of the state did not vote for the remote control government.
He further said that Karnataka is governed through the elected CM and Cabinet and not through the AICC General Secretary. Sharing the party’s opinion is a different thing, but putting pressure on the state government and preaching is open interference. This is an insult to federalism.
R Ashok asked ‘Did KC Venugopal show so much promptness when medical and other waste from Kerala was dumped on the Karnataka border, when it posed a threat to Bandipur, forests, public health and wildlife.
