These details were revealed in Reliance Industries’ quarterly financial report. The retail giant is led by Isha Ambani, daughter of Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani.

Strong financial performance

In the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25, RRVL recorded a revenue of Rs. 90,333 crore, an 8.8% increase compared to the same period last year. The company’s EBITDA also grew to Rs. 6,828 crore, showcasing strong operational performance.

Commenting on the results, Mukesh Ambani expressed satisfaction with the robust performance of Reliance Retail. He stated, “All formats of the retail segment have contributed significantly. Reliance Retail continues to enhance customers’ shopping experiences through its extensive reach and diverse product offerings.”

Isha Ambani, Executive Director of RRVL, expressed her happiness, attributing the quarter’s excellent performance to festive season sales. She added, “Our focus on offering quality and affordable products has attracted customers to both our stores and digital platforms.”

Growth Across Categories

Reliance Retail achieved impressive growth across all categories:

• Grocery: 37% annual growth.
• Consumer Electronics: 12% annual growth.
• Fashion and Lifestyle: Brands like GAP and AJIO set sales records.
• Toys: Hamleys opened three new stores in Italy.

Additionally, the company’s homegrown brands like Campa and Independence are expected to surpass Rs. 1,000 crore in revenue in FY 2024-25.
