Isha Ambani on the path of father Mukesh Ambani! Chakravyuh made to earn Rs 1 lakh crore in 4 years, rival companies trembled

New Delhi: The command of Reliance Industries now seems to be completely in the hands of the new generation. Isha Ambani, who is heading Reliance Retail, has made such an announcement on Friday, which has created a stir in the FMCG market of the country. Isha Ambani said that ‘Reliance Consumer Products Limited’ (RCPL), the everyday goods selling unit of Reliance, has set a very big and historic target of achieving a revenue of Rs 1 lakh crore within the next four years.

Addressing shareholders from India and abroad at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Reliance Industries, Isha Ambani proudly said that RCPL has become the fastest growing FMCG platform in the history of India till date. The company has achieved a gross revenue of Rs 22,000 crore in a short time and has doubled its growth i.e. 100 percent on an annual basis.

Reliance Consumer becomes the fastest growing company by defeating the giants

Giving a tough challenge to the rival companies, Isha Ambani said that what took our big competitors decades to achieve, we have achieved in just four years. This unprecedented success has made us one of the fastest growing FMCG brands in the history of India and one of the fastest growing consumer products companies anywhere in the world.

Let us tell you that RCPL is currently building a huge and extensive empire in the field of beverages (cold drinks), daily essentials, packaged foods and home and personal care products. Isha also informed that after complete separation from Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL) in December 2025, RCPL has now become a direct subsidiary of Reliance Industries. Its products are now making waves in more than 40 countries of the world through export and franchise.

Journey from zero to peak, this is how we achieved this big milestone

Sharing our success story, Isha Ambani said that about three years ago we entered the market with the unwavering belief that India could produce global quality FMCG brands at very affordable Indian prices. Moreover, they can also be developed on a larger scale faster than expected. Reliance Consumer Products Limited has proved this to be true. The company has built a leading national FMCG entity from scratch and doubled its entire revenue in just one year.

Isha Ambani also admitted that like other big companies selling everyday goods, RCPL is also facing many big challenges and fluctuations at the global level, due to which the cost of raw materials and packaging is continuously increasing and global supply chains have also been badly affected.

He himself bore the brunt of inflation, did wonders in the business of Campa Cola and water.

Despite the rising inflation and problems at the international level, Isha Ambani made a big revelation and said that RCPL did not put the burden of this increased expenditure on the pockets of common consumers at all, but bore it itself. He said that we have completely absorbed all these economic shocks within our business. Our commitment to putting customers first has ensured that our products always remain accessible and extremely affordable for every Indian middle class family.

The result of this strategy is that Reliance’s famous beverage brand ‘Campa Cola’ has achieved the distinction of being India’s fourth largest carbonated soft drink brand with gross sales of more than Rs 4,700 crore in the financial year 2025-26. It has captured a strong double-digit share in the major markets of the country. On the other hand, in the case of bottled water business, RCPL has now become India’s third largest branded water selling company.

Isha Ambani finally said that RCPL’s main grocery brand ‘Independence’, under which the company sells pulses, rice and daily essentials, has earned a huge revenue of Rs 2,600 crore alone during this wonderful year. Today, this brand has emerged as one of the most trusted and favorite consumer brands of the country in a very short time.
