Ishan Kishan has been in great form for the last few months. He was recently part of the Indian team that won the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. Even in IPL, Kishan has played many explosive innings and has performed well as a wicketkeeper batsman.
He has scored 2998 runs in 119 IPL matches. During this period, his average has been 29.10 and strike rate has been 137.64. Kishan has scored 1 century and 17 half-centuries in IPL. He has hit 288 fours and 134 sixes. He has played for Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Lions and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Place in ICC World Cup team also
Players of the Indian team, which won the T20 World Cup for a record third time, Jasprit Bumrah, Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan and Hardik Pandya were also included in the Team of the Tournament by the ICC.

Start of IPL 2026
IPL 2026 will start from March 28. The opening match of the tournament will be played between defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad. This match will be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
