Rahul Gandhi said that he and his party are fighting to protect the country, farmers, laborers, small and medium industries and the Constitution. He appealed to the Congress workers not to be afraid and not to step back.

The political impasse touched new heights during the Budget session 2026, with the opposition launching a scathing attack on Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri's alleged links with the Jeffrey Epstein files.
