It would have been better if I had learned it a few years ago… ‘This’ thing is eating the mind! What does Big B regret?
Amitabh Bachchan is 83 years old, but even at this age he keeps busy with work. They are active on social media late into the night, writing posts on Twitter and blogs. Amitabh is also working on the film and “Kaun Banega Crorepati”. But there is one thing they regret right now and it will always be theirs. Amitabh recently wrote about it on his blog that if he had looked into it a year ago, it would have been better.
Amitabh Bachchan recently spoke about how age has affected his learning process and skills. They lament that the things they are trying to learn today should have been learned many years ago.
Amitabh wrote on his blog, “Every day something is learned, and the regret is that it should have been learned long ago. The regret is even greater because what is being learned now did not exist then, and with time and age, the desire, effort and energy to learn diminishes.”
Amitabh Bachchan further writes, “The pace of innovation and new systems is so fast that by the time you start learning them, time flies. So, the takeaway from many meetings today is to understand the basics thoroughly, then hire the best talent and expertise to get the job done, and that’s it.”

Amitabh added, “If you can’t do a job, or you don’t know how to do it, or you’re not qualified for it, that’s fine.” You can say it will work and then leave it to your favorite experts to get it done. Don’t take on a task because you don’t know it; Instead, take it and work your way through the hiring process. This is called outsourcing. In our time, if you don’t know how to do a job or don’t have the knowledge, you will regret it. You may or may not be able to do that. But that is no longer the case. You take that job and get it done by outsourcing.”
