It’s better not to have sense of humour nowadays, Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan has expressed his thoughts saying that nowadays, it’s better not to have a sense of humour.

While speaking as a guest of honour at the Locarno Film Festival, Shah Rukh Khan shared that his jokes often upset people as society has become highly sensitive. He said, “No matter what joke you make, someone always takes offense, so it’s better not to have a sense of humour nowadays.”

During his conversation on the Locarno Meets podcast, he expressed his desire to do comedic films and revealed why his humour isn’t always well-received.

Shah Rukh said, “Honestly, I believe I have a natural sense of humour, and I can make people laugh, but often, due to inappropriate timing, I try to control myself.”

“My team always tells me that people don’t understand my humour,” he added.
