In a video posted on June 25, Franco said, “They want me to stop. People think I’m acting crazy. Whatever. I’m not acting crazy. I saw something.” The actor had a blue T-shirt on, which he wore in many videos. He declared that he would share video evidence to back his claim on July 13.

Franco kept his promise and uploaded a TikTok video on Monday. The new clip shows him facing his laptop to the camera to show his evidence. The short black-and-white video, which appears to be security camera footage, shows a human with strange, alien-like facial features standing by a tree. The figure then opens a door and looks in through a window.

“I can’t keep this quiet,” Franco said. “I need to get this out for that very reason that people are trying to stop me.”
