How to make Jamun Ice Cream

  • First of all, take some jamun juice in syrup and beat it well. It can be beaten with the help of a beater or a whisker.
  • After this, take some fresh Amul cream or malai in a vessel, then beat it well.
  • Now you can mix condensed milk or rabri in this cream.
  • After this you can add cardamom powder and some finely chopped dry fruits of your choice to it.
