IND vs SA: The series of 5 T20 matches between India and South Africa will start from 9th December. The first T20 match of the series will be played at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack. Jasprit Bumrah will return to Team India from this series. Bumrah will have a chance to make a big record in his very first T20 match. Actually, as soon as Bumrah takes one wicket, he will complete his 100 wickets in T20 International.
Jasprit Bumrah has a chance to make a record
Jasprit Bumrah has so far taken a total of 99 wickets while playing in 77 innings of 80 T20 International matches. Now, if Bumrah takes one wicket in the first T20 match against South Africa, he will complete 100 wickets. With this, Bumrah will become the first Indian bowler to take 100 or more wickets for India in all three formats. Bumrah is second in terms of taking most wickets in T20 International. Whereas fast bowler Arshdeep Singh is at the top with 105 wickets.

Bumrah got rest in the ODI series
Jasprit Bumrah was not a part of Team India for the 3-match ODI series played against South Africa. Earlier, Bumrah had played a 2-Test series against South Africa, after which he was given rest in the ODI series, but now he will return to the field in the T20 series. Everyone’s eyes are going to be on Bumrah’s performance, because this series is very important for Team India in terms of next year’s T20 World Cup 2026.
