Jayden Seales was born in Basta Hall Village in Couva, Trinidad. He grew up in a cricketing family. His grandfather, father, and uncles all played cricket, and that shaped his competitive nature from a young age. As a child, he practiced daily, often playing in the backyard and on the road near his home.
He is very religious and says his faith helped him during tough times, especially after his knee injury in 2022. He had surgery and was out for six months.
