JDU leaders hit back at Kejriwal; Many questions raised on his commitment to Dalits and backward people, know the whole controversy

New Delhi : Janata Dal United on Friday (December 20) accused Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal of not giving representation to Dalits and backward classes and said that the leader facing corruption charges should suggest someone like Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. There is no right to give.
Two prominent JD(U) leaders, Union Minister Lalan Singh and National Working President Sanjay Jha, also defended Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the charge of making derogatory remarks against Constitution maker Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar and said that he had only acted on behalf of Ambedkar. The insulting attitude of Congress was exposed.

JD(U) leaders hit back at Kejriwal

JD(U) leaders hit back at Kejriwal and also questioned his commitment to the Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes and Purvanchalis. Sanjay Jha, in a letter to Kejriwal, said that every member of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) family, including his party, is rapidly marching towards 'Developed India' by taking along every section of the society, but the progress of the country and the people are being hampered. The happiness of 'one class' is becoming displeasing. He told the former Chief Minister of Delhi, “I urge you to leave prejudice about the country's progress and think positive.” The Constitution of this country is very strong.”

That's why Sanjay Jha has written a letter to Kejriwal

Jha has written this letter to Kejriwal in response to his letter in which he had requested Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to deeply consider the remarks of Union Home Minister Amit Shah about Constitution maker Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar.

While sharing the letter on Twitter, Kejriwal had said that people feel that those who love Ambedkar cannot support the BJP which insulted the creator of the Constitution of India. He had asked Kumar to seriously consider this. In response, Jha targeted Kejriwal and said that he was pained by the fact that Amit Shah had exposed the leader of India Alliance in the Upper House, Rahul Gandhi, his party and his family.

Congress repeatedly insulted Baba Saheb, JD(U)'s Nitish Kumar continues to follow his ideals…

He said that while Congress repeatedly insulted Baba Saheb, JD(U) President Nitish Kumar continued to follow his ideals. Rajya Sabha member Jha reminded Kejriwal that in 2014, when Nitish Kumar had resigned from the post of Chief Minister of Bihar, he had appointed Jitan Ram Manjhi, who comes from the Mahadalit community, as the Chief Minister, whereas when he (Kejriwal) resigned , then they could not find any Dalit worthy of this post.

He said that Punjab has the highest population of Dalits, but there too he did not remember any Dalit while choosing the Chief Minister, whereas in the 2017 Punjab elections, he had promised to make a Dalit the Deputy Chief Minister. Responding to the AAP leader, Jha wrote that he did not even send a single leader from Dalits and backward castes to the Rajya Sabha.

He alleged that Kejriwal had links with an organization known for its stance against reservation. He said, “Formed the government in 2013 with the Congress with which it had sworn never to form an alliance, and is still in alliance with it.”

He also accused Kejriwal of hating Bihar and Purvanchalis and said that the conditions under which they are forced to live in the national capital today is not hidden from anyone. Singh told reporters that Kejriwal has no right to question the JD(U) president.

He took a dig at Kejriwal for being in jail in a corruption case after entering politics through the anti-corruption movement led by senior activist Anna Hazare. The Union Minister said that a corrupt person has no right to advise Nitish Kumar, who was a Union Minister and is now the Chief Minister for so many years and till date he has not been accused of any misconduct.

Amit Shah turned those pages of history, which the leaders of India Alliance do not want to see.

Jha wrote in his letter, “Amit Shah turned those pages of history that day, which you and your alliance leader Rahul Gandhi do not want to see.” Shah told the nation how Ambedkar had to resign from the Nehru cabinet after being hurt by the neglect of Dalits and women. I can understand that you and your alliance leader Rahul Gandhi would not have liked this kind of discussion at all.”

He said Congress was in power in Bihar till 1990 and took advantage of it by forming an alliance with RJD till 2005, but it was Kumar who gave reservation to Dalits and Extremely Backward Classes in local bodies. Jha said, “You and your alliance leader Rahul Gandhi cannot even imagine doing what Nitish Kumar did for the Dalits and backward classes in Bihar by following the footsteps of Baba Saheb.”
