New Delhi:Bollywood actress Jhanvi Kapoor celebrated her 29th birthday on March 6 in a very special and spiritual way. She reached Tirumala Venkateswara Temple in Andhra Pradesh, where she had darshan of Lord Venkateswara and took blessings. During this, the actress along with her friends climbed 3,550 stairs barefoot to reach the temple.
Following her family’s tradition, Jhanvi Kapoor has been visiting Tirupati temple often. She also visits the temple every year on the birth anniversary of her late mother Sridevi.
Darshan of Lord Balaji by climbing 3,550 stairs
This time too the actress climbed the stairs of the temple with full devotion. To reach Tirupati temple, one has to climb about 3,550 steps, which is a distance of about 9 to 12 kilometers and it takes about 4 to 5 hours.
During this time, Jhanvi Kapoor was seen in a white floral kurta. Her hair was tied in a simple braid and she completed her look with white earrings. People liked his simple and traditional style a lot on social media.

Video went viral on social media
A video of Jhanvi Kapoor’s visit to Tirumala Venkateswara Temple is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In the video, she is seen climbing the stairs of the temple with reverence.
Fans are also reacting fiercely to the video. One user wrote, "She is looking very beautiful in traditional look," While another user wrote, "I remember Sridevi ji."

What does Jhanvi say about spirituality?
In an interview given to Curly Tales in the year 2024, Jhanvi Kapoor talked about her spirituality and her trip to Tirupati. He had said, "In the last 5-6 years, I have been greatly influenced spiritually. I find refuge in my religion and spirituality, and especially in Lord Balaji."
He further said, "When I get a call from within, which tells me that I should go to Tirupati, climb the stairs and have darshan of God. I have been to Tirupati thrice this year, and will go again on mother’s birthday."
Jhanvi Kapoor is also busy in films
Jhanvi Kapoor is also very active on the work front. Her three films were released in the year 2025, which include ‘Homebound’ with Ishaan Khattar and Vishal Jethwa, ‘Param Sundari’ with Siddharth Malhotra and ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ with Varun Dhawan.
Now Jhanvi Kapoor will be seen in the much awaited film ‘Peddi’ with superstar Ram Charan. This will be Jr NTR’s second Telugu film after ‘Devra: Part 1’ (2024). Sports action drama ‘Peddi’ written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana is scheduled to release in theaters on April 30.
