Who was Swarajdeep Singh?
Swarajdeep Singh was a resident of Gobind Nagar area on Sultanwind Road, Amritsar, Punjab. He was working as a pilot (co-pilot) in an air ambulance company and had joined this job only about 7-8 months ago.
Since childhood, his dream was to become a pilot. After getting the license, he had to struggle in the initial phase. He even spent time giving tuitions, but his hard work paid off and he finally got a job in the medical aviation sector.
When and how did the accident happen?
This accident happened on the evening of Monday, 23 February 2026. The air ambulance was flying from Ranchi to Delhi. Contact with the plane was lost shortly after takeoff. The news of the crash came out at around 7:20 pm that the accident happened near Chatra area of Jharkhand.
