Jharkhand Assembly Elections: Seats divided between NDA in Jharkhand, know on how many seats BJP will contest

Jharkhand Assembly Elections: After the announcement of Jharkhand assembly elections, political activity is increasing. India Alliance and NDA have started their preparations for the elections. Amidst all this, seats have been divided between the BJP led NDA in Jharkhand. Under seat sharing, BJP will contest elections on 68 seats of Jharkhand. Whereas AJSU has been given 10 seats, JDU has been given two seats and LJP (R) has been given one seat. Information about seat distribution in NDA has been given by Jharkhand BJP co-in-charge and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Assam Chief Minister and BJP Jharkhand election co-in-charge Himanta Biswa Sarma said, discussions are being held on the seats and discussions will continue in future also. As per the discussion so far, AJSU will contest elections on 10 seats. JDU will contest on 2 seats and LJP on 1 seat. BJP will contest elections on the remaining seats, there may be some changes in it.

According to media reports, the 10 seats of Jharkhand Assembly on which AJSU will contest include Silli, Ramgarh, Gomia, Ichagarh, Mandu, Jugsalia, Dumri, Pakur, Lohardaga, Manoharpur. Whereas JDU will contest elections from Jamshedpur West and Tamar seats. Chatra Assembly seat has been given to Chirag Paswan led LJP Ram Vilas.

Voting will be held in two phases
Let us tell you that assembly elections will be held in Jharkhand in two phases. Voting will be held for the first phase on November 13 and for the second phase on November 20, while the election results will be declared on November 23. In the first phase, voting will be held on 43 assembly seats in the state and in the second phase, voting will be held on 38 seats.
