In view of the Jharkhand assembly elections, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has placed many demands before the Election Commission. JMM has said that elections should be held in the month of December. For this, the party has placed its demands before the Election Commission.

The JMM has several demands from the Election Commission as follows

1. In the election for the formation of the impending Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, the effectiveness of many disorganized and unsuitable organizations is being seen due to partiality in many remote hilly and tribal areas of the entire state geographically.

The result of the general election held for the formation of the fifth Legislative Assembly was completed on 23 December 2019 and the present government was formed on 29 December 2019. If this election of the twelfth Legislative Assembly is completed from the first week of December, then the present state government will get an opportunity to complete its contact program.
Level Play Ground means that the first principle of your work area is to ensure that all political parties get equal opportunity for political propaganda. Therefore, it should be ensured that our reputed political parties are provided with safe flying zones and that there is no hindrance in the flying zone and timing of all our propaganda programmes.
It is an established tradition in Vidhan Sabha elections that on the day of polling in the area, election meetings are organised by star campaigners of other political parties in other areas and a vicious environment is created among the voters in these election meetings, which affects the voting percentage and voters get divided on social-religious basis. This is a blow to the democratic values. It gives a solid foundation to the election process. In such circumstances, putting a stop to this in this election and putting concrete guidelines before all political parties will ensure a level playing ground for you.
Central paramilitary forces should be deputed in our state's administrative Jharkhand Insurgency, Jharkhand State Police (JSP) and the highly reputed District Administration Police Force Management in Jharkhand elections only when absolutely necessary so that an atmosphere of fear and terror is not created in the villages and maximum voting can take place in a harmonious environment.
