Jharkhand High Court ordered to restore internet service immediately, order will have to be taken before doing this next time

Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court has directed to immediately restore the internet service which was disrupted due to JSSC-CGL recruitment exam. High Court advocate Dheeraj Kumar said that on Sunday suddenly in the court, the division bench of Justice Anandi Sen and AR Chaudhary expressed displeasure with the state government and said that if any internet service is to be disrupted, then it will be necessary to take the order of the High Court before that.

The court said that this should be kept in mind in future and it is not appropriate to disrupt internet service for the examination. Today, the court directed the Home Secretary of the state government to appear in person and also to submit the file in which the order to disrupt internet service was issued. The state government has been directed to respond in this matter within six weeks. The hearing of this case will be held after six weeks.

It is worth noting that Jharkhand government had shut down internet services from morning till 1.30 pm for two days to prevent paper leak in JASSSC-CGL exam.
