Jharkhand News: Tragic accident in Palamu, two bikes collided head-on, two died
Jharkhand News: Two bikes collided head-on in Karihar village of Patan police station area of Palamu district on Saturday. Two people died and two were injured in this accident. The injured people have been admitted to Medinirai Medical College Hospital, Medininagar for treatment. Police are investigating the incident.
Strong collision between the two bikes
The deceased have been identified as Omprakash Ram (father: Jodhan Ram), resident of Padwa, and Ramsharan Das, resident of Manatu Chak. The injured are Anu Kumari, granddaughter of Ramsharan Das and Vikas Kumar, son of Guddu Ram, resident of Ranebhari, Panki.
According to the information, Omprakash Ram, Ramsharan Das and Anu Kumari were riding on one bike, while Vikas Kumar was traveling on the other bike. As soon as they reached Karihar village, there was a massive collision between the two bikes, due to which all four fell on the road.
Bodies will be handed over after postmortem
Local people immediately informed the police. The police sent all the injured to the hospital, where doctors declared Omprakash Ram and Ramsharan Das brought dead. Treatment of Anu Kumari and Vikas Kumar is going on. The police have informed the families of the dead and injured about the incident. After postmortem the bodies will be handed over to the relatives.
