Jio-Airtel Network Down: Sunday morning was full of trouble for millions of mobile users in the country. Suddenly in the early hours, big mobile networks like Jio, Airtel, Vodafone-Idea and BSNL could not function properly. Many people’s internet started running very slow, and many users could not even make phone calls. At some places the situation was such that not a single line of network was coming through the mobile.

Jio-Airtel Network Down

Most problems from 3 to 6 in the morning

According to network monitoring website Down Detector, the maximum number of complaints were registered between 3 am and 6 am on Sunday morning. During these three hours, people kept talking about slow internet, disconnected calls and missing networks.

Users said, “Neither internet worked, nor calls were made.”,

It is clear from the complaints recorded on Down Detector that the problem was quite serious. Many users reported that no app was opening properly with mobile data. Forget playing videos, even simple websites were taking a lot of time to open. At the same time, when a call was made, either the phone was not connecting or the sound was getting interrupted again and again.

Vodafone-Idea users are most worried

According to the data, the maximum number of complaints during this period were from Vodafone-Idea (Vi) users. Among the complaints registered in the last 24 hours, almost half of the users did not get network, 37 percent people faced problems with mobile internet, while some users complained of complete network shutdown.

Maximum complaints were received from big cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Panaji, Lucknow, Kolkata, Chennai and Delhi.

Jio users also faced problems

Jio users also reported problems in mobile internet and JioFiber services.
According to Down Detector, most of the complaints were about mobile internet, many users reported JioFiber not working properly, while some people could not get the network at all.

Airtel and BSNL were also affected

Airtel users also complained about internet and network. Some faced problems with mobile data and some’s network remained missing. At the same time, BSNL users also said that they faced the problem of not getting network and slow internet.

Currently services fine, but reason not given

By the time the news was written, the networks of all the companies had gradually become normal. However, till now no telecom company has clarified why this problem occurred. Many users on social media also expressed their displeasure over this problem.

This is not the first time that there has been a problem in several mobile networks simultaneously. Even before this, such problems have come to light in many parts of the country at different times. Users seem to be quite upset due to these recurring technical glitches.
