Mukesh Ambani Major Announcement on IPO: In the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Reliance Industries, Chairman Mukesh Ambani made a big announcement regarding the IPO of Jio Platforms. He said that the company is all set to launch the IPO and the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for this will be filed with SEBI on Friday itself.

Mukesh Ambani said that the process of IPO of Jio Platforms has started. He said the company’s board has approved the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) and it will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Friday. Ambani has called this an important step towards value creation for Reliance.

Jio’s IPO is the most important value-creation event

According to Ambani, the board of Jio Platforms has approved DRHP. He said that Jio’s IPO could prove to be the most important value-creation event of this year for Reliance Industries. This is expected to benefit existing shareholders, while new investors will also get the opportunity to invest in India’s largest digital companies.

Akash, Isha and Anant are leading the entire process

He said that the proposed listing of Jio will prove that India can create big technology companies that can compete globally. Mukesh Ambani also informed that Akash Ambani, Isha Ambani and Anant Ambani are leading the entire process of Jio IPO and will pursue new opportunities for value creation in the future.
