Jio Recharge Plan : Jio has discontinued its popular recharge plan; Big shock to customers

Jio Recharge Plan | While the country’s leading telecom company is launching new recharge plans every day for its customers, now on the other hand, it has come to light that the company has secretly discontinued its popular Rs 209 prepaid plan. Interestingly, no official announcement has been made by the company. However, as this plan is no longer visible on the MyJio app, it is clear that it has been discontinued. It is being speculated that some of the recommendations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) may be the reason behind this decision. TRAI recently emphasized on transparency and equality in tariff plans.

The recharge plan of Rs 209 was affordable to the customers as it was available in less money compared to other plans. In this recharge plan, customers were getting unlimited calling, 1GB data per day and 100 SMS per day. Also, this recharge plan was considered beneficial for the customers as it was for 22 days. Apart from this, customers were also getting the benefit of digital services like JioTV and JioAICloud. Interestingly, this was the only plan from Jio that offered 1GB of data per day, so it had a distinct identity. But now the same popular recharge plan has been stopped, now the customers have suffered a big blow. Especially the middle class consumers will have to bear the loss. Jio Recharge Plan

After this Rs 209 plan recharge is discontinued, now users have to choose other options within the same budget. Currently Jio has 2 plans of Rs 198 and Rs 199. The Rs 198 plan offers 14 days validity, 2GB data per day and unlimited 5G data for 5G users. This plan is considered suitable for heavy data users. Jio Recharge Plan

On the other hand, the Rs 199 plan comes with 18 days validity and offers customers 1.5GB data per day. This recharge plan also comes with unlimited calling and 100 SMS. Since this plan has a slightly longer validity, it is more affordable than the Rs 198 recharge.
