Details of Jio's Rs 601 data voucher plan
Only prepaid users will be able to avail the benefit of Rs 601 data voucher offered by Jio. For this it is necessary to have the base plan active. In this data voucher, you will get 12 different data vouchers, through which you can avail unlimited 5G data for 1 year.
To avail this benefit, you will first have to go to MyJio app or website and buy a data voucher of Rs 601. After that, 12 data vouchers worth Rs 51 will be credited to your account, in which you will get unlimited 5G data and 3GB high-speed 4G data for 1 month.
Vouchers can be availed through MyJio account in the 'My Vouchers' section. You can gift a data voucher of Rs 601 to any Jio user and it will be available in their MyJio account.
This means that once the data voucher is activated on a Jio number, the monthly voucher of Rs 51 cannot be transferred. Jio plans with 2GB daily data or more only offer true 5G unlimited data.
This new Rs 601 data voucher is beneficial for those who have recharged with the 1.5GB/day plan. Note that to avail the benefits of unlimited 5G data, you must have a 5G-compatible device and also have Jio 5G facility in your area.
Apart from this, let us tell you that in July, Jio had launched two other data vouchers which were of Rs 101 and Rs 151. The earlier plan provided 6GB high-speed 4G data and unlimited 5G network, whereas the Rs 151 plan provides 9GB 4G data and unlimited 5G data.
