Jitesh said, “My father fell ill and died on February 1. During that time, I was with him for seven days. Later I realized that at that time my father needed me more, even more than the World Cup. I have no regrets about this. I am thankful to God that I could be with him in his last days and take care of him.”

Watched India’s victory from home

Jitesh Sharma told that he watched the T20 World Cup 2026 from home. He said that watching the match from home is more stressful than playing on the field. He said that I watched the World Cup from home, which is a completely different and more stressful experience than playing. But I am very happy for the team.
