Tej Pratap Yadav On Rajpal Yadav: National President of the political party Janashakti Janata Dal (JJD) and politician Tej Pratap Yadav has promised to provide financial assistance of Rs 11 lakh to the family of actor Rajpal Yadav, who is currently facing financial crisis. He posted on his social media account that he and the entire family of JJD stand with the sad and troubled family with full sympathy and strength. Before him, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood had come out in support of Rajpal Yadav.
He offered him a film and appealed to the entire industry to support the actor. TV and OTT actor Gurmeet Choudhary also came along with Sood to help the senior actor.
Tej Pratap Yadav offered Rs 11 lakh
Tej Pratap Yadav wrote on his In this very difficult time, I and my entire JJD (Jan Shakti Janata Dal) family stand with his grieving family in full sympathy and solidarity.
The JJD leader further wrote, ‘In the spirit of human kindness and support, on behalf of the JJD family, I am providing financial assistance of Rs 11,00,000 (eleven lakh rupees) to his family.’

Let’s all Bollywood people come together and give him Rs 5 crore! If he just returns Rs 5 crore he can come out of jail immediately! Let’s all help them.

Details about Rajpal Yadav’s check bounce case
The aggrieved party in this case is a company named Murgi Project Private Limited, from which the accused in this case, actor Rajpal Yadav, had borrowed money. Yadav had borrowed a total of Rs 5 crore from this firm. To repay this loan, he had sent several checks to Murgi Project Private Limited. But, these checks bounced. This case is now of 2010, when Rajpal Yadav had directed a film named Aata Pata Lapata.
What is the whole matter?
The High Court had given a conditional stay order on the arrest of Rajpal in 2024. He was asked to pay the money. In December last year, the actor had agreed to pay the money in installments, which he did not do. Because of this, the Delhi High Court ordered him to be taken into custody in Tihar Jail on 2 February. However, the actor surrendered on 4 February. Since then the actor is in jail.
