John Abraham’s The Diplomat collects an impressive ₹10 crore on day 3

John Abraham’s recent release had a respectable opening weekend at the box office. According to Sacnilk.com, the movie has now made over ₹10 crore. The story of The Diplomat centers on a woman who travels from Pakistan to the Indian Embassy in search of safety, which turns out to be a dangerous mission.

The Diplomat has made over ₹12.91 crore after three days at the box office, which is in line with preliminary projections. After earning ₹4 crore on its first day of release, the movie brought in ₹4.65 crore on its second day. The total amount collected on the third day was ₹4.26 crore.

According to the box office statistics, The Diplomat’s overall Hindi occupancy on Sunday was 19.71%. The movie is still up against Chhaava, which came out last month and starred Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the Maratha emperor. According to Sacnilk.com, Chhaava made ₹6.81 crore on its 31st day of release, bringing its total earnings to ₹561.46 crore.
