Joint attacks by America and Israel caused devastation in Iran, 555 people killed so far

Tehran, March 2. There has been devastation in Iran due to joint air strikes by America and Israel for the last three days. At least 555 people have died so far in these attacks. Iranian Red Crescent Society gave this information on Monday. According to the organization, so far 131 cities of the country have come under attack during the war. Relief and rescue teams are continuously working in the affected areas.

Those killed included both military and civilians.

The Red Crescent Society report also said those killed in the attacks may have included both military and civilians, although did not provide a detailed breakdown. After the American-Israeli attacks on Iran, tension has increased rapidly in the entire region and the situation is continuously worsening.

Tehran-backed militia also involved in the war

Meanwhile, Iran fired missiles towards Israel and Arab countries on Monday, which further expanded the scope of the war. Tehran-backed militias in the Middle East also got involved. Hezbollah attacked Israel, in response to which Israel struck the group’s targets in Lebanon, while the US bombed several targets in Iran.

Iran denies, but America is ready for talks with new leadership

Meanwhile, as American and Israeli airstrikes continue, Iran’s top security official Ali Larijani said on X, ‘We will not negotiate with America.’ On the other hand, US President Donald Trump had called on Iranians to ‘take their government into their own hands’ a day earlier, but on Sunday he indicated that he is ready for talks with Iran’s new leadership.
