Joint Commissioner Vindhyachal Division held a review meeting at the Cooperative Office Vikas Bhawan.

Joint Commissioner and Joint Registrar Vindhyachal Division Yogendrapal Singh held a review meeting of the recovery of cooperative dues on Tuesday at the Cooperative Office Vikas Bhawan Sonbhadra. Assistant Commissioner Sonbhadra Devendra Kumar Singh and Secretary / General Manager District Cooperative Bank Rajkumar Yadav were also present in the meeting. The Joint Commissioner expressed displeasure over the recovery situation not being as per the target and gave instructions to improve the recovery situation by April 30.

To recover the dues, the bank has deployed vehicles for recovery. The Joint Commissioner said that all the concerned ADCOs, ADOs and Branch Managers along with the Secretary should go to the area in the morning. Recovery of dues is the responsibility of the department. All the officers should make planning in committees and ensure allotment of targets as per their capacity.

During the review, the recovery of Kon, Ramgarh, Musahan, Parasi Dubey, Markundi, Cherui, Amdih, Kachnarwa, Koriyan and Central Committees was found to be worse. Joint Commissioner directed to pay strict attention to these committees and do intensive monitoring. Assistant Commissioner Devendra Kumar Singh, taking the information of residual paddy at paddy purchasing centers seriously, directed for immediate delivery of paddy. Secretary/General Manager Rajkumar Yadav directed all the secretaries to ensure daily voucher feeding in the B-packs selected for computerization and ensure transactions through QR code in B-packs. The Joint Commissioner directed for timely implementation of specific audit reports.

He said that in case of non-recovery, the implementation should be done by registering an FIR without waiting too long. The Joint Commissioner instructed ADCO Ghorawal and ADCO Robertsganj to complete the process of division of capital and liability of the newly formed MPAX as per the rules within four days.
