Joint Commissioner Vindhyachal Division held a review meeting in Vikas Bhawan, gave necessary guidelines

The progress of B-Pax Computerization Scheme of Sonbhadra district was reviewed by Joint Commissioner and Joint Registrar Vindhyachal Division Yogendrapal Singh in Vikas Bhawan Auditorium. It is noteworthy that B-Pax Computerization is an ambitious scheme of the Government of India, through which farmers will be able to get access to agricultural equipment, fertilizers and seeds in a transparent manner through committees. This will stop black marketing of fertilizers and seeds, and farmers will not have to pay more than the market price.
The Joint Commissioner gave instructions to complete the on-system audit and dynamic day-end of the committees selected in the first and second phase by March 20, 2026 in each case. He also warned that action will be taken against any employee who shows laxity or negligence. The Joint Commissioner directed that District Cooperative Bank branches and B-Pax should receive payment from farmers through QR code and as per the intention of the Prime Minister, e-KCC scheme should also be started to provide loan facility to the farmers within 5 minutes.
Further, the Managing Director gave instructions to activate the closed committees by increasing the membership, increasing the contribution as well as passing the fertilizer and general loan limit. In the meeting, the Joint Commissioner directed to check the amount of parking as per the computerized balance sheet of the committees and ensure immediate disposal.
In the said review meeting, Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar of Sonbhadra district Devendra Kumar Singh, ADCO Awadhesh Singh, Dr. Suresh, Ajay Kumar, District Manager PCF Rohit Gupta, ADO Santesh Rai, Srichand. Manoj Kumar, Akhilesh Kumar, Anil Sharma, Branch Manager Pramod Rai, Divyanshu, Alok Kumar Shekhar etc. were present.
