JPMorgan sex case heated up again in court, new claims of former employee increase problems
America’s famous JP Morgan sex slave case has once again taken a big turn. Former banker Chirayu Rana has filed a lawsuit again in the Manhattan Supreme Court and made new and shocking allegations. This time, statements of two anonymous witnesses have also been attached to the case, in which alleged threesome invitations and objectionable incidents have been claimed.
35-year-old Chirayu Rana has made serious allegations against JP Morgan senior executive Lorna Hajdini like sexual harassment, racial abuse and giving drugs. The case filed earlier was withdrawn for correction, but was re-filed in an amended form on Monday. However, the bank and Lorna Hajdini have completely rejected all these allegations.
Witness made allegations of ‘nude entry’ and ‘threesome invitation’
An anonymous witness involved in the case claimed that he was staying in an apartment with Chirayu Rana when he woke up to a woman’s voice. According to the witness, Lorna Hajdini “came into the room completely naked, sat on the couch, lit a cigarette and asked her to join him in the bedroom. When she repeatedly refused, Hajdini allegedly said, the witness alleged. "You know it’s mine, so you better come and join me.
How far were the screams heard?
The same witness further claimed that after Hajdini returned to the room he heard Chirayu Rana’s voice. According to him, Rana was saying, no, no, no, you have to go. I’m not going to do this. Please stop. After these claims, this matter has become more controversial.
Second witness also made serious allegations
The second witness involved in the case claimed that Rana had earlier told him that a woman in the office was making his life hell. The witness also alleged that he once saw Lorna Hajdini kissing Rana on the neck and holding him. According to the witness, Rana was looking very uncomfortable during that time.
Claims to be suffering from PTSD
An affidavit has also been included in the amended petition, in which Chirayu Rana has claimed that he was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder in October 2024 after the alleged attacks. A letter from his counselor has also been attached with the case, in which it has been said that Rana is currently undergoing treatment.
JPMorgan and Lorna Hajdini deny the allegations
JPMorgan Chase said in a statement to The Sun: “After our investigation, we find no truth in these claims.” Although several employees cooperated in the investigation, the complainant refused to participate in it and also refused to provide material facts to support his allegations.
Lorna Hajdini’s lawyers said, Lorna vehemently rejects these allegations. She never dated this person, nor had any kind of sexual or romantic relationship with him, nor did he ever give her any drugs. He says that his false allegations are completely fabricated and are tarnishing his reputation.
Controversy increased due to New York Post report
The controversy surrounding this case increased further when a New York Post report claimed that Chirayu Rana had misled the bank about his father’s death in order to take leave to prepare for the case. The report also alleged that Rana had taken advice from a chatbot on legal questions related to rape.
Evidence found in the bank’s internal investigation
Despite the latest allegations, JPMorgan says its internal investigation has found no evidence of any wrongdoing. According to the bank, emails, records and devices were examined, but the allegations were not confirmed. The bank also said that Lorna Hajdini fully cooperated in the investigation, while Chirayu Rana did not participate in the investigation process.
