Mumbai. Jr NTR, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Devraa: Part 1, recently met Dulquer Salmaan. The makers have shared a photo of the meeting on the film's official social media page, indicating that the two actors are preparing for “something special”. On Saturday, the official page of Devraa shared a photo of Jr NTR and Dulquer, in which they can be seen posing together. The caption reads, “Kuchh special kicks off on September 27!” It is unclear whether Dulquer will head the distribution of Devraa in Kerala or they are planning to collaborate on a new project.
Devraa has been allowed special screenings when it releases on September 27. Furthermore, the state government has specified that on the first day, the action-thriller drama will have 6 shows across the state. Additionally, from September 28, the film will have 5 shows in theatres for a period of 9 days. The state government has also accepted the request to increase movie ticket rates.
After getting the permission, Jr NTR wrote a gratitude note on his X handle thanking Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan. He wrote, “My heartfelt gratitude to the Hon'ble CM of Andhra Pradesh Government, Shri Chandrababu Naidu garu and Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Pawan Kalyan garu for passing the new GO for Devaraya release and your continued support for Telugu cinema.”
