Just taking selfies is not enough. From Goa to Himalayas, the world is now learning the real way of traveling from India.

News India Live, Digital Desk: Friends, have you realized that the meaning of traveling has changed a bit these days? How were our trips a few years ago? Wake up early in the morning, have a quick breakfast, leave with a list, visit 10 ‘points’, take a selfie and return to the hotel exhausted. It was called”Paisa Vasool Trip”. But now, you and I are changing, and along with it, the whole world’s perspective of traveling is changing. Nowadays a new word is being discussed a lot – ‘Intentional Travel’. It sounds a bit heavy-handed, but its meaning is very sweet and simple. It means-“Don’t run without purpose”. That is, you are not going somewhere just because that place is famous on Instagram, but you are going there so that you can feel something, learn something and “pause” your fast-paced life for a while. And do you know what is the most proud thing? In this matter, our country India is showing the way to the whole world. From Goa to Himalayas: Everything is changing. Think, what did Goa mean earlier? Just parties, cheap drinks and noise. But today in Goa itself there are many tourists who are looking for a yoga retreat in a quiet corner, learning to cook with the local people or learning to make pottery. People are no longer going there to “make noise” but to “stay”. This is called ‘Slow Travel’. On the other side, there are the Himalayan valleys. Now people are not going to the mountains just to eat Maggi. They are going there to meditate, listen to the silence of the mountains. Cities like Rishikesh and Kerala have become ‘wellness hubs’ for the world. Why are we doing this? After the pandemic, we have understood that there is nothing more important than mental peace. ‘Intentional travel’ gives us an opportunity to explore the outside world as well as our inner world. We want to know the local culture closely and not just watch it from the bus window. Why is India the leader? Because India has everything that a human soul needs. Spirituality, Yoga, Ayurveda and amazing diversity. Foreign tourists now want to experience rural tourism in India instead of five star hotels. They want to see how real India lives. So friends, next time you pack your bag, don’t make a list of “what to see”. Just think about “how to feel”. Believe me, the intoxication of this ‘travel with purpose’ is different!
