Lucknow included Pant for 27 crores
Rishabh Pant is the most expensive player in IPL history. He was bought by LSG for Rs 27 crore in the IPL 2025 auction. The last season was disappointing for Pant as a captain and player. LSG was not successful in making it to the playoffs. Pant also disappointed with the bat. Barring one century, Pant was seen struggling throughout the season. Last season, Rishabh Pant had scored a total of 269 runs.
